The Project
Helping a Local Estate Agent Reach a Wider Audience
Emmas Estate Agent wanted to reach more people across South West London and showcase its personal approach to sales and lettings. The business had a clear point of difference, but needed more visibility in search to connect with homeowners, landlords, buyers, and renters in the local area.
The project focused on creating a sustainable SEO strategy that could grow alongside the business. Rather than relying on short-term visibility, the aim was to build a stronger organic presence across relevant property searches, local area terms, and non-branded keywords.
This meant finding the right balance between commercial SEO and the agency’s friendly, personal brand. The website needed to become more visible while still feeling approachable, local, and trustworthy.
Our Approach
Building a Local SEO Strategy Around Trust and Personality
We began with a detailed audit to uncover the keywords, content opportunities, and technical improvements that could help Emmas reach a wider audience. This included reviewing the existing website, analysing competitors, and looking at the wider estate agency search landscape.
From there, we built a strategy designed to improve local visibility while protecting the tone and feel of the brand. The aim was to help the website reach more people through search while still reflecting the personal service that made Emmas different.
